  • Do you embroider items other than caps?

    Yes, we embroider most items, but not all; some examples would be Shirts, Jackets, Aprons, Towels, Tote Bags, and several other Misc. items

  • Can I bring in my own items for embroidery?

    Yes, you can bring in your own items, we will determine when we see them in person if they are suitable for embroidery.

  • What does it cost for embroidery?

    Please call or come by in person for pricing.

  • Do you offer volume discounts?

    Yes, we do. The more items you buy the cheaper they become.

  • How long does it take for your embroidery services?

    It generally takes 10 minutes per item, less time then it will take you to get to the mall and find a place to park.

  • What are your minimum ordering requirements?

    Our minimum order is only one, whereas a lot of other companies make you order by the dozen.

  • I have a custom logo, can you put it on a hat or shirt for me?

    Yes. There may be a one time set-up fee for your artwork. If it is not in our stock library we will have to have the item digitized for embroidery, meaning your artwork needs to be turned into stitches so that the machines can sew it out.

  • What format do we need to create your own custom logo and how much does it cost?

    Jpegs and PDF files work great, we can also use a business card or anything else that you may have the logo on.

  • How long does it take to get a custom logo created?

    Generally it takes 2 business days to get your custom artwork back, once we have the digitized logo, we can then embroider your items with your logo.

  • Once I pay for the custom logo how long do you keep it on file?

    We keep it on file forever. So anytime you need your logo embroidered we can do it, while you wait.
