No, we are a retailer and not a wholesaler, and we do not disclose who we order from. Thank you for your understanding in this matter
How quickly are orders processed?
If the order is placed between the hours of 9am-10pm the order can sometimes be processed within 15 minutes. All orders with inventory in-stock are always processed and shipped within 1 business day ( may take longer during the month of December)
I just placed my order, but need to make a change, is that possible?
If you just made an order and realize you need to make a change, you better call our store 336-297-4422 as soon as you realize you need to make a change, as we sometimes process orders within 15 minutes. If it is after 9pm and before 9am, please e-mail us as BELVAHBAGS@AOL.COM as we check this email before processing any and all orders. Once an order is processed or embroidered it is too late, but if you catch us before we embroider your item, we will be glad to make any changes for you.
What is your return/exchange policy?
Unfortunately, once an item is embroidered it is yours, we are unable to take returns or exchanges on personalized items.
What is your warranty on the bag?
We inspect all bags before they are shipped, If we miss some kind of manufacturers defect, we apologize. If it is a manufacturers defect, we will back our product within a certain amount of time of original purchase ( generally 30 days) If it is damaged from normal wear and tear, we will not be responsible for that, but please contact us as we will attempt to work with you, as far as a discount on a replacement item. All defects/damaged bags will be handled on an individual basis.
How long should it take for me to receive my package? How are items shipped?
We send all packages via USPS ( United States Postal Service) and since we do not delivery them personally, we cannot guarantee delivery dates and times, we do try to give an accurate time frame for delivery. All items ship from Greensboro NC, so the further away you live, the longer it takes to get there, most items are delivered in 3-7 business days, but sometimes they are delayed to circumstances out of ours/there control. Please be patient as we ship all items with delivery confirmation, and orders over 100.00 with signature confirmation.
I'm buying these bags as gifts, can you ship to multiple locations?
We ship to 1 location per order, so if you want to order 2 bags, and want them shipped to 2 different addresses, please place 2 separate orders.
I'm looking for a specific bag, but don’t see it on the website, can you get it for me?
Possibly, please call( 336-297-4422) or email (email@example.com) us about this. We always have more bags in stock at our store then online, so its possible its in stock now. Other options are we may be able to special order it for you, or if it is completely out of stock, we can put you on a waiting list for that item and when it is available we will order it for you.
Can I place an order online and pick it up at the store?
Yes and No. The way the website is setup right now, you are charged delivery services on all orders under 100.00 so if you don’t mind paying the delivery charge, then yes you can pick it up in person, If your order is over 100.00 then there is no delivery charge on the web site, so you can pick-up in person with no extra fee. If you would like to pick-up in person, please make that note when placing your order.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Never hurts to ask…. Please contact us( phone or email ) about discount pricing on all orders for 10 items or more. Generally, there will be a small discount for larger orders for teams/schools/organizations/sororities/etc…. on similar items.
Can I place an order over the phone?
No, Currently all orders need to be placed online. If you are picking your order up in person, please come to the mall and place order there, as we make all items while you wait. Generally, 10-20 minutes depending on how busy we are. Allow longer wait periods in December and other major holidays
